Good morning! Dragon fruit trees still producing fruit and flowers on the month of November.

Attention San Carlos Friends! The season has arrived and tomorrow (Saturday) we will be starting up the Rescate Farmers Market! (9am til noon)! This week we have put together an exciting selection of the freshest, locally grown produce and dairy products: avocados, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, swiss chard, beets, two kinds of quash, radishes, squash flowers, raw milk, and two kinds of fresh cheese. :)... The good news is, we are harvesting Pantera Rosa, our sweetest and most popular dragon fruit! The bad news is, we only have enough to supply our dinner tours at the farm. So if you want to try the best fruit in the world, and dragon fruit ice cream, message us for information on our tours including a 7-course seafood/beef/veggie meal and bottomless adult beverages. :)

Another group of students coming to our farm to take a look our operation and helping us with weeding which the most challenging part of an organic farming commitment. The students were awesome. Big thanks to Carrie Petrait their teacher for thinking about our farm to help with their education.
