Instead of drilling out bone into suction machine we can move it to the side and I saved about "0,6 cc" of bone volume. C-shaped open guided surgery for adequate irrigation and better control of the hole with hydrodynamic compression wave. Thanks to digital scan I could choose proper ti-baze in the software (GlobalD implant 4.5x10mm and Ti-baze) and design final shape of the emergance profile before surgery. Soft tissue contouring with individualised final emergance profile and a-PRF poncho technique. Enjoy! :)

During Croco-Eye aspiration is the most important part. We have to be sure what we trying to remove before sinus-lift procedure, because CBCT is only grey-white picture and not telling us all about the leasion, cyst, tumor etc... Look: biopsy showed us there is abcess, not a mucocoele.

Absolutely no need to fill sinus cavity completely with bone graft as long as implants are placed simultaneousley.Grafless or partial sinus bone grafting is also very predictable to induce new bone formation in the sinus.
