Lot's of fun yesterday....light tackle fishing for Dorados with bucktail jigs. Caught 3 of them, 2 Blackfin Tunas and lost a Sailfish! With Capt. Luis Basurto fly fishing guide Noel Perez and fly fishing guide Mauricio Pinero!

Snook fishing remains strong through August in the Cancun Nichupte Lagoon!

Perfect conditions for fly and light tackle fishing in the Cancun Nichupte lagoon. At the moment we target Baby Tarpon, Snook, and there's some Permit and Bonefish around too!

Great day for Jason yesterday, 2 out of 4 Tarpon boated...Barracudas, Jacks and Snappers.

Another rescue in the Cancun Nichupte Lagoon before the crocodile got to it. Released unharmed after a good rest on the boat back on dry land!

Great day this weekend with guide Mau and Noel in the Cancun Nichupte lagoon. Tarpon everywhere and willing to eat flies! We had 20 takes and landed 3. Several shots at Permit and Snook and flat calm conditions. Life is good!
